丙泊酚复合曲马多用于无痛人工流产术600例临床分析

目的：研究丙泊酚复合曲马多用于无痛人工流产术的临床可行性和安全性。方法：600例妊娠妇女行无痛流产术，采用丙泊酚复合曲马多进行麻醉，静脉注射曲马多50～100mg，推注丙泊酚一般健康成年人10s静脉给药4mL（40mg）]，记录患者意识消失时间和麻醉苏醒时间，评价麻醉效果。结果：曲马多用量50～100mg，丙泊酚平均用量150mg；意识消失时间30—60s，平均45s，苏醒时间5—15min，平均8min；麻醉期间血压、心率、呼吸频率等各项监测指标变化不大；麻醉不良反应：苏醒后呕吐14例，注射部位未出现硬结、疼痛，无1例发生人流综合征。麻醉效果：优540例（90％），良60例（10％）。结论：丙泊酚复合曲马多用于无病人工流产术具有使用简便、安全可靠、并发症少的特点，适合于门诊患者的麻醉需求。

Assessment of propofol combined with tramadol for analgesia of induced abortion

Objective:To investigate the feasibility and safety of propofol combined with tramadol for analgesia of induced abortion. Methods:Six hundred pregnant women for analgesia induced abortion were given propofol combined with tramadol for anesthesia,including tramadol 50 ~ 100 mg intravenous infusion and propofol intravenous injection 4 mL (40 mg),10 s for ordinary health adult]. Time of loss and recovery of consciousness was recorded,and evaluated anesthetic effect. Results:The mean dose of tramadol and propofol was 50 ~ 100 mg and 150 mg respectively; the average time of loss and recovery of consciousness was 45 s (30 ~ 60 s) and 8 min (5 ~ 15 min) respectively; blood pressure,heart rate,respiratory rate and so on changed litlle during anesthesia; adverse reactions of vomiting occurred in 14 cases after recovery of consciousness,no induration and pain of injection site,and no abortion syndrome occurred. The effect of anesthesia was very good in 540 cases (90%) and good in 60 cases (10%). Conclusion:Propofol combined with tramadol for analgesia of induced abortion has good effect and is suitable for outpatient,with features of simplicity,safety,reliability,and less complications.
