中西医结合治疗抑郁症临床分析

目的:探讨自拟柴胡乌梅加减汤联合西药治疗抑郁症的临床效果。方法:选取2009年1～11月间收治的抑郁症患者160例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组采用自拟柴胡乌梅加减汤联合西药治疗,对照组采用西药治疗,采用神经症筛选表评分值作为疗效观察指标,对比两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组神经症筛选表评分值治疗后明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后总有效率为92.5%,对照组治疗后总有效率为68.6%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:自拟柴胡乌梅加减汤联合西药治疗抑郁症的临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical analysis of combined therapy of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of neurasthenia

Objective: To discuss the clinical effects of combined therapy of Bupleurum-Dark Plum Fruit decoction and western medicine in the treatment of neurasthenia.Methods:A total of 160 patients with neurasthenia admitted to our department from January 2009 to Nov.2009 were enrolled and divided into two groups randomly.The treatment group was treated with combined therapy of Bupleurum-Dark Plum Fruit decoction and western medicine,while the control group was treated with general western therapy.The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared and Neurosis Screening Schedule score value was adopted as the outcome measure.Results:After treatment,the Neurosis Screening Schedule score of the treatment group is significantly lower than that of the control group(t1=14.2800,P<0.01).The total effective rate of the treatment group is 92.5%,significant better the 68.6% of the control group(χ2=41.9255,P<0.01).Conclusions: The combined therapy of Bupleurum-Dark Plum Fruit decoction with western medicine has remarkable clinical effects in the treatment of neurasthenia and is worth of clinical application.
