良性前列腺增生的药物治疗研究

目的:探讨三类治疗良性前列腺增生药物的临床治疗效果。方法:将我院2010年2月～2012年3月间收治的良性前列腺增生患者240例,依据入院先后分为A、B、C三组,分别采用临床常用爱普列特片、普乐安、竹林胺剂治疗4个月,对比三种药物的治疗效果。结果:三种药物在治疗后IPSS、QOL、RU值与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组采用爱普列特治疗,IPSS、QOL、RU值改善最为明显,B组采用普乐安治疗次之,C组采用竹林胺治疗效果最差,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用5α-还原酶抑制剂治疗良性前列腺增生症,其疗效优于花粉制剂、α-受体阻滞剂,是较理想的治疗良性前列腺增生症药物。

Drug treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia

Objective: To evaluate therapeutic effect of three drugs for benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:A total of 240 cases with benign prostate hyperplasia,admitted in our hospital during February,2010-March,2012 were divided into A,B,C three groups.They were administrated respectively with Epristeride,PuLeAn and Bensylyt for 4 months,and then treatment effect of three drugs was compared.Results:Three kinds of drugs significantly improved IPSS and QOL,RU value after treatment(P<0.05).The most improvements of IPSS,QOL and RU were showed in A group,medium effects in B group,lowest effects in C group with significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:The curative effect of 5a-reductase inhibitor on benign prostatic hyperplasia disease is better than the pollen inhibitor and alpha blocker,so the 5α-reductase inhibitor is ideal drug for benign prostatic hyperplasia disease.
