全膝关节置换术后的康复护理

目的:通过对人工膝关节置换术患者的术前及术后康复指导,加快和促进膝关节功能的恢复。方法:对我院8例9膝人工膝关节置换术患者术前的功能锻炼指导和术后全面细致的康复护理及出院指导,观察患者膝关节功能的恢复情况。结果:患者伤口均1期愈合痊愈出院,除1例有轻度疼痛外其余均疼痛消失,稳定性良好,活动度达0~120度,按照1989年膝关节学会公布的膝关节评定标准均为优良。结论:通过对人工膝关节置换术患者的术前及术后康复护理,能加快和促进膝关节功能的恢复。

Postoperative nursing of total knee replacement

Objective: To evaluate the role of perioperative nursing of total knee replacement.Methods: Retrospective analysis of nine cases of total knee replacement in 8 patients.perioperative nursing included instruction for functioning exercise,guidance for rehabilitation and discharge,deliberate nursing and observation.Results: All patients discharged cured with first intention healing,one patient had mild pain,the others without pain,stability of the replaced knees was satisfactory,movement range was 0~120 degree of angle,which came to the "good" rank according to the "Knee Joint Function Assessment" defined in 1989 by Plastics Association of Knee.Conclusion: High quality perioperative nursing of total knee replacement can facilitate and promote the recovery of the knee joint function.
