B超定位在体外冲击波碎石治疗输尿管结石中的应用体会

目的：探讨B超定位在体外冲击波碎石（ESWL）治疗输尿管结石的临床价值。方法：回顾性分析1999年6月～2008年12月运用WD-ESWL91型和HK·ESWL-Vm型碎石机在B超定位下对681例输尿管结石进行碎石治疗的临床资料，并观察治疗过程，电压，冲击次数，声像图特点等情况。结果：681例输尿管结石中，一次性碎石成功171例（25．1％），复震292例（42．9％），碎石失败218例（32．0％），有效率为68．0％。结论：B超定位准确、安全、无辐射，是ESWL治疗输尿管结石定位的主要方法之一。

B-ultrasound guided treatment of ureteral calculi with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of treating ureteral calculi with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy under the guidance of B-ultrasound.Methods:Clinical data of 681 cases of ureteral calculi that underwent extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy operation(WD-ESWL91 or HK.ESWL-Vm)under the guidance of B-ultrasound were retrospective analyzed.Related information such as voltage,shock times and the B-ultrasound images were also analyzed.Results:With a total effective rate of 68.0%,171 out of the 681cases had calculus crushed after one treatment(25.1%),292 cases(42.9%)underwent subsequent treatment and 218 cases(32.0%)failed.Conclusion:As a safe,accurate method which is also free of radiation,B-ultrasound is a preferred method for localization in the treatment of ureteral calculi with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.
