Jagged2和Gli 1在人结肠癌组织中的表达及其相关性

目的：检测Jagged2和Glil蛋白在结肠癌组织中的表达情况并分析两者表达相关性。方法：采用免疫组织化学染色检测60例原发性结肠癌及对应癌旁组织中Jagged2和Glil蛋白的表达情况，分析Jagged2蛋白表达与结肠癌不同临床病理特征的相关性以及其与Glil蛋白表达相关性。结果：Jag—ged2和Glil蛋白在结肠癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为71．7％（43／60）和78．39／6（47／60），而对应癌旁组织中Jagged2和G1n蛋白阳性表达率分别为33．3％（20／60）和36．7％（22／60），差异具有统计学意义（χ2=17．678，P=0．000；χ2=21．313，P=0．000）。结肠癌组织中Jagged2蛋白表达与浸润深度（χ2=4．930，P=0．026）、淋巴结转移（χ2=7．520，P=0．006）和肿瘤分期（χ2=4．705，P=0．030）有关。另外，结肠癌组织中Jagged2与Glil蛋白表达呈显著负相关（r=-0．518，P=0．019）。结论：结肠癌组织中Jagged2蛋白高表达并与恶性临床病理特征密切相关，且Jagged2与Glil蛋白表达负相关，提示Jag—ged2在胃癌侵袭转移中可能发挥重要作用。

Jagged2 and Glil expression and their correlation in human colon cancer tissues

Objective： To investigate the expression of Jagged2 and Glil and their correlation in human colon cancer tissues. Methods.. Jagged2 and Glil protein were detected from 60 samples of surgically resected colon cancer and matched normal tumor-adjacent tissues by immunohistochemical assay. Correlation between Jagged2 protein expression and different clinico- pathological features in colon cancer and its association with Glil protein were analyzed. Results： Jagged2 and Glil protein positive expression rates were 71.7 % （43/60） and 78.3% （47/60）, respectively, in gastric cancer tissues, while their protein positive expression rates were only 33.3% （20/60） and 36.7% （22/60）, respectively, in matched normal-adjacent tissues. The difference was significantly （χ2 =17. 678, P=0. 000; χ2 =21. 313, P=0. 000）. The expression of Jagged2 protein was significantly correlated with depth of infiltration （χ2 =4. 930, P=0. 026）, lymph node metastasis （χ2 =7. 520, P=0. 006） and TNM tumor stage （χ2=4. 705, P=0. 030）. Otherwise,Jagged2 was inversely correlated with Glil protein in colon cancer tissues （r =-0. 518, P=0. 019） Conclusion.. Jagged2 protein expression is elevated and its high-expression is associated with poor clini- eopathologieal parameters in colon tissues. Furthermore, Jagged2 is inversely correlated with Glil protein in colon cancer tis- sues, suggesting Jagged2 may promote metastasis in colon cancer.
