急性缺血性脑卒中患者血清IRI和CRP的动态监测及临床意义

目的：通过对急性缺血性脑卒中患者血清胰岛素抵抗指数（IRI）和C-反应蛋白（CRP）的动态监测，探讨其临床意义。方法：收集急性缺血性脑卒中患者84例（观察组）与非脑卒中患者84例（对照组）。入院后1、2、7、14d空腹抽取静脉血，检测其血清IRI和CRP水平。结果：观察组发病1、2d的血清CRP水平均明显高于对照组，观察组发病1、2、7、14d的血清IRI均高于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；中度、重度患者发病1、2、7d血清CRP均高于轻度患者，中度、重度患者发病1、2、7、14d的血清IRI均高于轻度患者，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：血清CRP与IRI均可作为评估急性缺血性脑卒中严重程度的重要指标，血清IRI可作为长期的监测指标，优于血清CRP。

Efficacy and safety of chronic subdural hematoma by trepanation and drainage fluid contrast minimally invasive transcutaneous puncture

Objective.. Through dynamic monitoring of acute ischemic stroke patients- serum IRI and CRP to explore its clinical significance. Methods Collected 84 patients with acute isehemic stroke （observation group, n= 84 cases） and 84 cases of non cerebral stroke patients （control group）. On the 1, 2, 7, 14 d fasting venous blood were collected to detect serum IRI and CRP levels. Results The level of serum CRP on 1, 2nd day were higher in observation group than those in control group （P〈0.05）. 1, 2, 7, 14 d after treatment, IRI levels of the observation group were higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The serum CRP level in moderate, severe patients were higher than those of mild patients 1, 2, 7 d after the treat- ment （P〈0.05）. Moderate, severe patients showed significant higher IRI level than that in light patients 1, 2, 7, and 14 days after treatment （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Serum CRP and IRI can be used as important indexes for evaluation of severity of a- cute ischemic stroke, serum IRI is a better indicator than CRP as an indicator for long-term monitoring.
