摘    要:目的:探讨戊酸雌二醇片或妈富隆治疗青春期功能性子宫出血(功血)的临床疗效。方法:2007年3月~2009年5月我院收治的108例青春期功血患者随机分为对照组(52例)和治疗组(56例),对照组应用戊酸雌二醇片,治疗组应用妈富隆,观察两组临床疗效。结果:经治疗后,治疗组控制出血与完全止血时间均优于对照组(P<0.05),即妈富隆治疗效果优于戊酸雌二醇片。结论:应用妈富隆治疗青春期功血,疗效显著,使用方便,不良反应少,患者易于接受。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of estradio tives (Marvelon) in the treatment of acute bleeding episode of dysfunctiona valerate tablets or contraceputerine bleeding in adolescent patients. Methods: 108 adolescent cases with dysfunctional uterine bleeding cases who visited our hospital during March 2007 and May 2009 were randomized into control group (52 cases) and treatment group (56 cases). Estradiol valerate tablets were given to the control group, while marvelon were given to the treatment group. The therapeutic effects of these two groups were observed and compared. Results: After treatment, effects of bleeding control and duration of complete hemostasis in the treatment group were better than that of the control group (P〈0.05) indicating the efficacy of maevelon was superior to that of estradiol valerate tablet. Conclusion: Marvelon shows significant therapeutic effect on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. It is convenient for administration with less toxic side effect and is acceptable to patients.
