脑胶质瘤选择性颈动脉化疗42例临床分析

目的:研究脑胶质瘤术后应用选择性颈动脉化疗的临床疗效,探讨药物选择、化疗时机及给药途径等相关问题。方法:对42例临床资料完整的脑胶质瘤进行次全切或大部分切除,术后经选择性颈动脉宁得朗(ACNU)或威猛(VM26)介入化疗。结果:显效10例,占26.2%;有效14例,占33.3%;微效10例,占23.8%;无变化4例,占9.5%;恶化3例,占7.2%;中位生存期接近23个月。结论:脑恶性胶质瘤术后辅以颈动脉灌注治疗,能抑制肿瘤生长,延长生命;具有疗效好,不良反应小等诸多优点。

Selective trans carotid artery chemotherapy for gliomas: clinical analysis of 42 cases

Objective： To evaluate the effectiveness of selective trans carotid artery chemotherapy after surgery for gliomas, and discuss the selection of drugs, optional time and administration routes. Methods： A total of 42 patients with gliomas that underwent partial or subtotal resection of gliomas were given nimustine hydrochloride （ACNU） or Vumon（VM26）by selective trans carotid artery chemotherapy. Results： Obvious effect occurred in 10 cases （26.2%）, effect in 14 cases （33.3%）, slight effect in 10 cases （23.8%）, no effect in 4 cases （9.5%）, and deterioration in 3 cases （7.2%）, the mean survival time was about 23 months. Conclusion： Trans carotid artery chemotherapy is effective in inhibiting growth of gliomas and prolonging survival period with little side effect.
