| 摘 要： | 目的：观察曲美他嗪治疗缺血性心脏病心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析60例患者临床资料,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗下加用曲美他嗪。结果：观察组缺血性心脏病心力衰竭有效27例,有效率为90%,心电图有效25例,有效率为83%,均高于对照组,有效率差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）。结论：曲美他嗪与其他治疗缺血性心力衰竭的常规药物联用,治疗效果更好,可进一步改善患者的心功能,增加其运动量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine on patients with ischemic heart failure. Methods: A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by half. The control group was treated with conventional therapy while the observation group was treated with conventional therapy plus trimetazidine. Clinical data of these patients were observed and analyzed. Results: Treatment was effective on 27 out of 30 cases (90%) of the observation group. Under electrocardiogram (ECG) 25 cases showed effects (83%). Both of two rates were significant higher than the control group (P all <0.05). Conclusion: Combining routine therapy with trimetazidine can improve patient's cardiac function,increase their physical activity,thus has better effects on ischemic heart failure than conventional therapy. |
