摘    要:目的:研究血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)TNF-a含量检测对急性脑梗死患者预后情况判断的临床价值。方法:参照Pullicinp法选取在本院接受治疗的轻度梗死、中度梗死和重度梗死患者各50例作为观察组,选取同期接受体检的50例健康者作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测受试者血清中CRP、TNF-a含量,并采用NIHSS量表、MMSE量表和ADL量表评价神经功能、认知功能以及生活能力。结果:轻度、中度和重度脑梗死患者的CRP、TNF-a含量均高于对照组,NIHSS评分均高于对照组,MMSE评分、Barthel指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);血清CRP、TNF-a含量与NIHSS评分呈正相关,与MMSE评分、Barthel指数呈负相关。结论:急性脑梗死患者血清中CRP、TNF-a含量升高,且与治疗后的神经功能、认知功能以及生活能力存在良好的相关性,是判断预后情况的理想指标。

Abstract:Objective: To study the clinical value of serum CRP, TNF-α content detection on the evaluation of prognosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: A total of 50 cases of mild infarction, moderate infarction and severe infarction in our hospital were enrolled as observation group and 50 cases of healthy persons underwent physical examination in our hospital were enrolled as control group. Then serum CRP, TNF-α content were detected by Elisa, nerve function, cognitive function and life ability were evaluated by NIHSS scale, MMSE scale and ADL scale. Results: CRP, TNF-α content of mild, moderate and severe cerebral infarction patients were higher than those of control group, NIHSS scores were higher than those of control group, MMSE score, Barthel index were lower than those of control group (P〈0.05); serum CRP, TNF-α levels were positively correlated with NIHSS score and negatively correlated with MMSE score, Barthel index. Conclusion: Serum CRP, TNF-α content increases in patients with acute cerebral infarction and are ideal index to evaluate prognosis since it has good correlation with nerve function, cognitive function and life ability.
