5-氟脲嘧啶、丝裂霉素联合顺铂治疗晚期卵巢上皮性癌临床观察

目的:观察5-氟脲嘧啶、丝裂霉素与顺铂(简称FPM)联合化疗对晚期卵巢上皮性癌(Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期)的疗效及不良反应。方法:40例晚期卵巢上皮性癌患者术前采用FPM方案进行化疗后行卵巢肿瘤细胞减灭术,术后给予1～2个疗程腹腔化疗后改为FPM方案静脉化疗,静脉化疗至少完成4个疗程后观察疗效。结果:Ⅲ期患者有效率(71.88%)高于Ⅳ期(50.00%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。40例中16例完全缓解,完全缓解+部分缓解的27例患者CA125均正常。白细胞下降Ⅰ度31例(77.5%),Ⅱ度8例(20.0%),Ⅲ度1例(12.5%);胃肠道不良反应:Ⅰ度25例(62.5%),Ⅱ度14例(35.0%),Ⅲ度1例(12.5%)。结论:FPM方案联合化疗效果较好,不良反应轻,有助于提高患者生存率和生活质量,且价格低廉,患者易接受。

Clinical observation of 5-Fluorouracil combine with Mitomycin and Cisplatin's treatment of advanced epithelial ovarian cancer

Objective: To study the effection and side effects of 5-Fluorouracil combine with Mitomycin and Cisplatin′s treatment of advanced epithelial ovarian cancer(Ⅲ period,IV period).Methods: For 40 cases of advanced epithelial ovarian cancer,we used FPM program to do preoperative chemotherapy,then surgery thoroughly,after that we continnued using this program to chemotherapy.Then we observed the effection after four treatments were completed.Results:The effective rate of Ⅲ period and Ⅳ period were 71.88% and 50.00% respectively.The main side effects was restrain of bone marrow,the rate of Ⅰ degree was 75%(31/40);The rate of Gastroitestinal reaction for I and Ⅱ degree was 62.5%(25/40)and 35%(14/40)respectively.Conclusions:The efficacy of FPM is more better and the side-effect is less,which can improve the survival rates and life′s quality of the patients,besides,the price is more cheaper for poor patients.
