| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨溶脂法在胃癌淋巴结及腹膜转移检测中的意义。方法:分别采用常规法和溶脂法检测30例胃癌根治性手术标本的淋巴结和转移癌结节,并对2种方法的检测结果进行比较。结果:常规法+溶脂法检出的淋巴结数、淋巴结转移癌数、直径≤5 mm的淋巴结数及直径≤5 mm的淋巴结转移癌数均明显多于常规法(P<0.05~0.01);溶脂法检出的淋巴结中直径≤5 mm的淋巴结占96.8%,淋巴结转移癌中直径≤5 mm的淋巴结占93.9%;溶脂法检出腹膜种植性转移癌结节3例;8例TNM分期发生变更。结论:溶脂法是检测胃癌淋巴结转移和腹膜种植性转移比较全面而可靠的方法。
