| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨淫羊藿苷对大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞成骨分化的影响。方法:采用差速贴壁法体外分离培养大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞,流式细胞仪鉴定表面标志。取第3代细胞加入10-6mol/L淫羊藿苷培养基,对照组仅加入等量普通培养基进行培养。通过镜下观察细胞形态,流式细胞仪测定细胞表面标志,碱性磷酸酶试剂盒测定诱导细胞碱性磷酸酶活性,组织化学染色观察钙化结节形成能力。结果:体外培养的细胞表达CD29、CD44、CD105、CD166。淫羊藿苷诱导组细胞碱性磷酸酶呈阳性反应并有钙化结节形成,而对照组未见钙化结节形成。结论:淫羊藿苷能够诱导大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞向成骨细胞分化,可视为一种良好的骨诱导活性因子。
