摘    要:目的:探讨年轻早期宫颈癌患者自体卵巢移位术后保留卵巢功能对内分泌的影响。方法:监测行宫颈癌根治术及同时行一侧卵巢移位术的35例宫颈癌患者术前1个月、放疗后3个月、6个月、12个月、2年其血清中卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)的水平变化。结果:23例未接受放疗的患者血中3种性激素水平均在正常范围。12例接受放疗患者,放疗后1、6个月血清激素水平与放疗前1个月比较,差异有统计学意义(P均〈0.01),但放疗结束后半年患者卵巢功能恢复正常。移位卵巢术后随访2年,未见癌转移。结论:年轻早期宫颈癌患者根治术中行一侧卵巢移位术,可保留卵巢功能,提高患者术后生活质量。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the endocrine function of young patients with early stage cervical cancer who underwent auto-ovary transplantation. Methods: Data of 35 young patients with early stage cervical cancer who underwent radical hysterectomy combined with unilateral auto-ovary transplantation were analyzed. Serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH) and estradiol (E2) levels were detected before the operation,3 months,6 months,12 months and 2 years after radiotherapy. Results: Decreased ovarian function were shown in 2 out of 23 patients who have not underwent radiotherapy. The success rate of keeping ovarian function was 93.33%. Six months after radiotherapy,12 patients who underwent radiotherapy regained basic ovarian function although there were significant difference between the hormone levels before and after radiotherapy (P all< 0.01). No carcinomatous metastasis occurred in these patients according to a 2-year foolow up.Conclusion: Radical hysterectomy combined with unilateral auto-ovary transplantation can keep the ovarian function for young patients with early stage cervical cancer and improve their postoperative life quality.
