舒适护理对宫腔镜检查患者疼痛、焦虑的影响

目的:探讨舒适护理方法对宫腔镜检查患者疼痛、焦虑的影响。方法:将140例接受宫腔镜检查的患者,随机分为实验组70例和对照组70例。对照组实施传统的常规护理,实验组在检查前、中、后实施舒适护理。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和WHO疼痛程度分级标准评定,比较两组检查时疼痛程度分级、焦虑值。结果:实验组疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P<0.01),实验组焦虑值明显低于对照组(P<0.05),有显著性差异。结论:舒适护理可减轻宫腔镜检查患者疼痛、焦虑程度,提高护理质量,体现了人文关怀和人性化的服务。

Effect of comfort care on pain and anxiety of patients undergoing hysteroscopy

Objective: To investigate the effect of comfort care on pain and anxiety of patients undergoing hysteroscopy.Methods: One hundred and forty patients undergoing hysteroscopy were randomly divided into study group(n=70) and control group(n=70).Patients in control group received conventional nursing care,patients in study group received comfort care before,during and after the hysteroscopy.The Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and the WHO Numerical Rating: System was adopted to evaluate and compare the pain scales and anxiety values during the examinations of the two groups.Results: The pain scale of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the anxiety value of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Comfort care can reduce the pain and anxiety of patients undergoing hysteroscopy and enhance quality of nursing,embodying humanistic care and humanized service.
