99Tc-2MDP联合SASP治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效观察

目的:观察云克(99Tc-2MDP)联合柳氮磺吡啶(SASP)治疗强直性脊柱炎AS的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将82例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组42例予以云克联合柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗,对照组40例口服柳氮磺吡啶,均治疗3个月,观察治疗前后临床及实验室指标的变化,评价疗效,了解不良反应。结果:治疗3个月后两组间枕墙距、扩胸度、指地距、BSADIA评分、BSAFI评分、ESR、CRP水平等指标均比治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组上述指标除枕墙距、ESR水平外,改善值优于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应两组比较无统计学差异。结论:云克联合柳氮磺吡啶治疗强直性脊柱炎安全有效,值得推广。

Clinical effects of 99Tc-2MDP combined with SASP for ankylosing spondylitis

Objective: To assess the clinical effects and safety of 99Tc-2MDP combining with Sulfasalazine(SASP) for ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods: Eighty two patients with AS were randomly divided into trial group(n=42) and control group(n=40),respectively,the trail group was given 99Tc-2MDP combing with SASP while the control group was only given SASP,both for three months.The changes of clinical and laboratory indexes were observed before and after treatments in the two groups.And the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction were evaluated.Results: The indexes of pillow-wall distance,chest expansion,finger to floor distance,BSADIA score,ESR and CRP improved significantly in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),and treatment efficacy of the trial group was superior to that of the control group regarding to indexes except for the pillow-wall distance and ESR(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusions: 99Tc-2MDP combined with SASP is safe and effective for AS,and thus worth promoting.
