双岐三联活菌胶囊对慢性乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者肝功能和炎性因子的影响

目的：研究双岐三联活菌胶囊对慢性乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者肝功能和炎性因子的影响,为临床用药提供理论基础。方法：选择自2008年10月至2012年12月在我院就诊的86例慢性乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,各43例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上给予双歧三联活菌胶囊治疗,4周为1个疗程。治疗前及治疗1个疗程后,检测并比较两组患者的血清内毒素、丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）及相关细胞因子白细胞介素-2、白细胞介素-6和肿瘤坏死因子-a的水平。结果：治疗后,两组患者的肝功能水平均得到了明显的改善,血清内毒素、ALT、AST较治疗前明显降低（P均〈0.05）,且研究组的改善程度较对照组更为显著（P〈0.05）。两组患者的白细胞介素-2、白细胞介素-6和肿瘤坏死因子-α水平较治疗前均明显降低（P均〈0.05）,且研究组的降低幅度较对照组更为显著（P〈0.05）。结论：双岐三联活菌胶囊能够明显改善慢性乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者的肝功能,降低其体内内毒素水平,抑制炎性反应,值得临床广泛推广。

Influence of bifid triple viable capsules on liver function and inflammatory factors of chronic hepatitis B patients with liver cirrhosis

Objective：To study effect of bifid triple viable capsules on liver function and inflammatory factors of chronic hepatitis B patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods：A total of 86chronic hepatitis B patients with liver cirrhosis in our hospital were collected as the research object,and were divided into research group（n=43）and control group（n=43）.Control group was given conventional treatment.On the basis of conventional treatment,research group was given bifid triple viable capsulesfor 4weeks.Lipopolysaccharide（LPS）,alanine transaminase（ALT）,aspartate Aminotransferase（AST）,interleukin-2（IL2）,interleukin-6（IL-6）,tumor necrosis factor-αwere tested before and after treatment.Results：After treatment,liver function of two groups were significantly improved（P0.05）;LPS,ALT and AST were significantly lower after treatment（P0.05）,the improvement was more significantly in research group（P0.05）.IL-2,IL-6and tumor necrosis factor-αof two groups were significantly lower than before（P 0.05）,the improvement was more significantly in research group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Bifid triple viable capsules can significantly improve liver function of chronic hepatitis B patients with liver cirrhosis, reduce the levels of endotoxin,inhibit inflammatory reaction.It is worth widely clinical application
