异位妊娠300例诊治分析

目的:探讨异位妊娠的有效诊断及治疗方法。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,对300例异位妊娠患者的临床资料进行分析。结果:超声检查后行血HCG测定,其漏诊率最低。300例患者中,手术治疗270例,药物保守治疗22例,期待疗法8例,住院时间4~5 d,均痊愈出院。结论:随着诊断技术与治疗技术进步,异位妊娠的治愈率明显提高。

Diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy in 300 cases

Objective: To investigate effective diagnosis and treatment methods of ectopic pregnancy.Methods: Documentary of 300 patients with ectopic pregnancy were studied retrospectively.Results: Of the diagnosis,combined primary ultrasound examination and ensued HCG determination could markedly reduce missed diagnosis.Of the treatment,270 cases underwent surgery,22 cases underwent conservative treatment with drugs,8 cases underwent expectant management;they were all cured and discharged,the hospitalization time was 4 ～5 days.Conclusion: Combined ultrasound and laboratory examination of HCG may acquire acurate diagnosis for ectopic pregnancy,the treatment methods may accord with different conditions of ectopic pregnancy,the cured rate is high.
