热毒宁注射液治疗儿童轮状病毒肠炎40例临床观察

目的：观察热毒宁注射液治疗儿童轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效。方法：轮状病毒肠炎患儿80例随机分为两组。对照组40例加用病毒唑注射液10mg／（kg·d）静脉滴注，治疗组40例加用热毒宁注射液0．6mL／（kg·d），疗程3d。结果：治疗组显效34例，有效5例，无效1例，总有效率为97．5％，对照组显效27例，好转8例，无效5例，总有效率为87．5％。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：热毒宁注射液治疗儿童轮状病毒肠炎疗效显著，安全性好。

Clinical effects of heat and toxic expelling injection on infant rotavirus enteritis

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of heat and toxic expelling injection on infant rotavirus enteritis.Methods:80 pediatric rotavirus enteritis cases were randomly divided into 2 groups by half.The control group was given intravenous ribavirin by drops at the dosage of 10 mg/(kg·d),and the treatment group was given heat and toxic expelling injection by 0.6 mL/(kg·d),Treatment course are both 3 days in two groups.Results:34 cases of the treatment group showed obvious effects,5 had no response with a total effective rate of 97.5%,and 27 cases of the control group showed effects,8 were improved and 5 showed no effects,the total effective rate was 87.5%.There were significant differences between the curative effects of the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Heat and toxic expelling injection is effective and safe on pediatric rotavirus enteritis.
