紫杉醇联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期胃癌27例疗效观察

目的：探讨紫杉醇联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期胃癌的疗效和毒副作用。方法：27例晚期胃癌患者均给予紫杉醇137～175mg／m^2，第1天持续静脉泵入3h，奥沙利137～175mg／m^2；第2天持续静脉泵入2h，21d为1周期，平均用药3～4周期。结果：全组27例均可评定疗效，获完全缓解（CR）1例、部分缓解（PR）15例、稳定（SD）6例、进展（PD）5例，总有效率为59．3％，临床抑制率为81．5％；对腹膜后淋巴结转移疗效最好，有效率为58．3％；主要毒副作用为骨髓抑制，神经毒性等。结论：紫杉醇联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期胃癌患者疗效较好，毒副作用轻，患者可耐受，值得临床推广应用。

Effects of combination of paclitaxel and oxaliplatin on advanced gastric cancer: clinical observation of 27 cases

Objective:To explore the efficacy of the combination of paclitaxel and oxaliplatin on advanced gastric cancer and its toxicity and side effects.Methods:27 patients with advanced gastric cancer were treated with paclitaxel(137 mg/m2-175 mg/m2)and oxaliplatin(137 mg/m2-175 mg/m2)by continuous intravenous infusion for 3 h at the first day,and 2 h at the second day.21 days of treatment was considered as a course and the average procedure for all patients was 3 to 4 courses.Results:According to the efficacy assessment,1 out of the 27 cases was evaluated as complete remission,15 were evaluated as partial remission,6 as stable disease and 5 as progression disease.The total effective rate was 59.3%,clinical inhibition rate was 81.5%.The treatment showed the best effects on retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis cases with efficiency of 58.3%.The main toxicity were myelosuppression and neurological toxicity.Conclusion:The combination of paclitaxel and oxaliplatin is effective on advanced gastric cancer with light toxicity and few side effects,it's well tolerated and worthy to be popularized.
