氧气雾化吸入与超声雾化吸入在婴幼儿肺炎的应用观察

摘    要:目的:对比氧气雾化吸入与超声雾化吸入对婴幼儿支气管肺炎的疗效。方法:将160例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为氧气雾化组(氧气组)和超声雾化组(超声组)各80例,两组雾化药物及其他治疗相同。结果:氧气组症状/体征改善时间较超声组缩短(P<0.05,P<0.01)。两组雾化吸入中HR、RR较雾化前显著增快(均P<0.05),超声雾化吸入中SPO2较雾化吸入前、吸入后1 h显著降低(均P<0.05);氧气组雾化治疗不良反应如哭闹、治疗中止发生率显著低于超声组(均P<0.05)。结论:氧气雾化吸入治疗对支气管肺炎患儿刺激性小,患儿耐受性好,提高了治愈率及护士工作效率,优于超声雾化吸入。

Abstract:Objective:To compare the therapeutic effect of oxygen atomization inhalation and ultrasonic atomization inhalation for the treatment of infantile bronchopneumonia.Methods:A total of 160 cases were randomized into oxygen atomization inhalation group(oxygen group,n=80) and ultrasonic atomization group(ultrasonic group,n=80).Medicines used and treatment time were identical in the two groups.Results:Time for the improvement of physical signs in the oxygen group was shorter than that in the ultrasonic group(P<0.05,P<0.01).HR and RR were significantly faster in both groups than those before atomization inhalation(SPO2).SpO2 level was significantly lower in the ultrasonic group than that before and at 1 h after atomization inhalation(P<0.05).Occurrence rate of untoward reactions such as crying and discontinued treatment was significantly lower than that in the ultrasonic group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oxygen atomization inhalation has more advantages over ultrasonic atomization inhalation due to less stimulation to infants with bronchopneumonia,better toleration of infants,improvement of cure rate,and higher work efficiency of nurses.
