Effect of Bushenjianpiquyu recipe and Marvelon on perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of the Bushenjianpiquyu recipe and Marvelon on perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods：A total of 80 patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into treatment group and controlling group.Patients in both two groups were treated with Marvelon,while patients in treatment group were treated with Bushenjianpiquyu recipe in addition.The efficacy,endometrial thickness and improvement of symptoms were observed and compared between two groups.Result：The efficacy was significantly higher,endometrial thickness was significantly thinner and the improvement of perimenopausal symptoms was significantly more satisfactory in treatment group（P0.05）.Conclusions：Therapy of Bushenjianpiquyu recipe and Marvelon is more effective,and of few adverse effect,lower recurrence and more satisfactory improvement of perimenopausal symptoms.It is worthy clinical application.
