泌尿外科后腹腔镜与传统开放手术的护理研究

目的:研究后腹腔镜优于传统开放手术的护理特点,以提高护理工作的效率和质量。方法:对两组患者均行心理护理、术前准备、术后护理,从护理角度比较两组间的差异。结果:腹腔镜手术组术后2~3 d拔除引流管,1~5 d拔除导尿管,平均住院6 d,出院时行动自如;传统开放手术组术后2~5 d拔除引流管,1~7 d拔除导尿管,平均住院10 d,出院时牵吊感明显。结论:泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术微创、安全,减轻患者痛苦、缩短住院日,提高了护理工作效率。

Nursing of retroperitoneal laparoscopic operation and conventional surgery in the urinary surgery

Objective: To compare the nursing characteristics of retroperitoneal laparoscopic operation and conventional surgery in the urinary surgery and enhance nursing efficiency and quality.Methods: Patients undergoing retroperitoneal laparoscopic operation and conventional surgery were all nursed using psychology nursing,preoperative and postoperative nursing,the difference between the two groups was studied according to nursing angle.Results: The time of drainage tube withdrawing,urinary catheter removal,mean hospitalization were 2～3 d,1～5 d,6 d in patients undergoing retroperitoneal laparoscopic operation,the patients discharged without uneasy feeling;which were 2～5 d,1～7 d,10 d in patients undergoing conventional surgery,the patients discharged with abnormal feeling of something hanging.Conclusion: Retroperitoneal laparoscopic operation in urinary surgery is micro-injury,safe,may reduce suffering of the patients,shorten hospitalization and enhance nursing efficiency.
