某部2006-2009年新兵结核感染状况调查

【目的】掌握驻京部队近年来入伍新兵结核感染状况,了解其动态变化趋势,为部队结核病防治提供决策依据。【方法】选择驻京部队2006-2009年入伍新兵20 813人,按城市籍新兵和农村籍新兵分组,进行结核菌素（purified protein derivative,PPD）试验,每人0.1 ml、5 IU,于左前臂掌侧中部内侧皮内注射,72 h查验反应,以双上臂无卡介苗接种疤痕而结核菌素试验阳性者作为结核感染率。【结果】结核菌素试验结果阳性率与强阳性率分别为53.1%（11 058人）、3.10%（645人）,无卡痕人数11 174人（53.7%）,结核感染率为30.7%,平均年感染率为1.91%;城市籍新兵结核感染率（32.9%）明显高于农村籍新兵（29.3%,P〈0.05）。【结论】在新兵中进行结核菌素试验调查,可以监测新兵结核感染率,筛选卡介苗接种对象,对结核菌素强阳性者可采取预防性治疗措施。

Survey on tuberculosis Infection in 2006-2009 recruits in Beijing Force

【Objective】 To investigate the tuberculosis infection in newly enrolled soldiers,realize its dynamic variation and provide guidance for the control and prevent of tuberculosis in army.【Methods】 Purified protein derivative of tuberculin（PPD） test was performed in 20 813 newly enrolled soldiers recruited from 2006 to 2009.the soldiers were separated into city group and rural area group.PPD（0.1ml） produced by biological products assay Chengdu institute,5IU was injected intradermally into one＇s left forearmr and eaction was examined after 72 h.Infection rate was judged by positive reaction with no scar on forearm.【Results】The positive and super-positive rate of PPD test was 53.1% and 3.1% respectively.11 174 newly enrolled soldiers were without BCG scar and tubercular infection rate was 30.7%,average infection rate of tuberculosis was 1.91%.The tubercular infection rate in soldiers from city（32.9%） was significant high than the soldier from rural area.【Conclusions】Investigating newly enrolled soldiers PPD test monitor the tuberculosis infection rates and select BCG vaccine object.The super-positive reaction soldier can take preventive therapy measure.
