| 摘 要： | 【目的】观察隔姜灸治疗脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。【方法】将64例患者随机分为两组，治疗组30例采取隔姜灸疗法，对照组31例单纯服用西药治疗，比较两组疗效。【结果】本法治疗脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎的显效率为90．O％，总有效率为100％，优于对照组（显效率35．48％，总有效率90．32％）。【结论】隔姜灸治疗脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著优于西药治疗。 |

| Abstract: | Objective] To study the effects of ginger moxibustion on Yang deficiency of the spleen and kidney of ulcerative colitis. Methods] 64 patients with Yang deficiency of the spleen and kidney of ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two 30 patients were given ginger moxibustion in the treatment group, while 31 patients were administered sul- fasalazine in the control group. Results] Effective rate （100%） and curative effect （90.0%） of treatment group were significantly increased compared to the control group （90.32%, 35.48%） （P 〈 0.01） . Conchusions] Ginger moxi- bustion can effectively be used as an auxiliary medicine in the treatment of patients with Yang deficiency of the spleen and kidney of ulcerative colitis. |
