摘    要:【目的】探索青龙衣的抗真菌作用及其有效成分。【方法】用有机溶剂对青龙衣进行分离;观察青龙衣石油醚层及氯仿层提取物的体外抗真菌情况;经柱层析、薄层色谱等鉴定分离出的化合物。【结果】石油醚层及氯仿层均有明显的抗真菌作用;从青龙衣的石油醚层及氯仿层中分离得到了4个粉末,经鉴定为β-谷甾醇、齐墩果酸、脂肪醇、黄酮类化合物,其中齐墩果酸为首次从该植物中分离。【结论】青龙衣具有抗真菌活性;β-谷甾醇和齐墩果酸可能为其抗真菌的主要有效成分。

Abstract:Objective] To explore the antifungal activity of Pericarpiumjuglantis and its effeclive ingradient. Methods] Using organic solvents to separate the Pericarpium juglantis; fungi were cultured in medium containing the extracts from petroleum ether and chloroform layer; then via column chromatography, TLC and so on to identify the different compounds isolated from petroleum ether and chloroform layer. Results] The anti - fungal activity of Petroleum ether and chloroform layer were obvious. Four powders were isolated from the petroleum ether and chloroform layer of the Pericarpium juglantis , which was identified as β- Valley steroids, oleanohc acid, fatty alcohols and flavonoids (preliminary identification). Olenolic acid was isolated from this plant for the first time. Condusions] The petroleum ether and chloroform layer of Pericarpium juglantis have certain anti - fungal activity. sitosterol and oleanohc acid may be the main active ingredients for its anti-fungal.
