儿童幽门螺杆菌性慢性胃炎与小肠细菌过度生长的相关性

【目的】研究幽门螺杆菌（helix pylori,HP）性慢性胃炎患儿是否存在小肠细菌过度生长（small intestinal bacterialovergrowith,SIBO）。【方法】应用国产HD-1型测氢法检测仪对68例患儿（观察组）与45例健康儿（对照组）进行空腹呼气氢试验（breath hydrogen test,BHT）及乳果糖氢呼气试验（lactulose hydrogen breath test,LHBT）,以检测小肠细菌生长情况。【结果】观察组HP慢性胃炎患儿中LHBT阳性58例（85.3%）,对照组LHBT均呈阴性。LHBT阳性者3 h累积平均氢呼出量、平均氢浓度峰值均明显高于LHBT阴性者和健康儿（P〈0.01）;其峰值出现时间也明显早于LHBT阴性者和健康儿（P〈0.01）。【结论】部分儿童HP慢性胃炎LHBT呈阳性结果,提示有SIBO;LHBT检测SIBO具有快速、简便、无创、准确,患儿易接受的优点。

Study on the correlation of child Helicobacter pylori peptic chronic gastritis and small intestinal bacteria over-growth

【Objective】To explore the relation between small intestine bacteria over-growth（SIBO） with Helicobacter pylori peptic chronic gastritis.【Methods】 Lactulose hydrogen breath test（LHBT） were performed in 68 patients and 45 healthy children to measure the growth of small intestine bacteria.【Results】The LHBT positive rate in 68 chronic gastritis children and 45 healthy controls were 85.3%（58/68） and 100%（45/45） respectively.3 h average hydrogen exhalation amount and average hydrogen concentration peak in LHBT positive children were significantly higher than negative and healthy children（P0.01）;and the time of peak appearance was earlier than LHBT negative and healthy children（P0.01）.【Conclusion】Some Helicobacter pylori peptic chronic gastritis children has LHBT positive representation,and suggests the SIBO and LHBT test has the advantage of fast,convenient,none-invasive,exact and acceptable characteristic.
