不同类型桡动脉压迫止血器的效果对比

【目的】比较TR—Band和YM—RAO-1229压迫型止血器在患者术后桡动脉止血中的安全性，有效性和优势。【方法】经桡动脉行冠状动脉介入手术的患者120例，随机分为2组，其中60例采用TR—Band压迫止血器，60例采用YM—RAO-1229压迫止血器。观察两组患者术后止血情况、桡动脉闭塞及局部并发症。【结果】围手术期抗凝治疗无明显差异，两组术后均成功止血。两组出血、桡动脉闭塞和迷走神经反射无明显差异（P〉0．05），两组在包扎远端肿胀麻木和皮肤破损方面有明显差异（P〈0．05）。【结论】2种压迫器均可成功达到止血目的，YM—RAO-1229压迫型止血器对周围组织压迫少，对皮肤损伤小。

Comparison of two kinds of radial artery compressor in radial Percutaneous coronary intervention

Objective] To compare the safety and effectiveness of 2 kinds of radial artery compressor in （PCI） . Methods] A total of 120 consecutive patients undergoing transradial percutaneous coronary operation were included in this study, including 60 patients with YM- RAO- 1229 and another 60 patients with TR- Band radial artery compressor. Results] The immediate suc- cess rate of 2 devices were 100%. There was no significant difference on hemorrhage and radial occlusion （P 〉 0.05） . No patients experienced major complications. There were significant differences in distal swelling, numbness and skin injuries （ P 〈 0.05） . Conclusions] The two kinds of radial artery compressor are safe and effective in patients with the transradial approach, and the YM- RAO- 1229 is more comfortable.
