糖尿病足病患者心理状况及生活质量调查分析

【目的】探讨糖尿病足病(diabetic foot,DF)患者的心理状况、社会功能及生活质量。【方法】采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和2型糖尿病生活质量量表(DMQLS)对80例糖尿病足病患者(研究组)和80例2型糖尿病患者(对照组)进行心理状况,社会功能及生活质量评定。【结果】DF患者的HAMD、HAMA及SDSS总分均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);SSRS和DMQLS得分均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】DF患者存在较明显的抑郁焦虑情绪,心理问题较为突出,社会支持差,社会功能缺陷明显,生活质量差,在躯体治疗的同时,应加强心理干预。

Analysis the psychological status and quality of life in diabetic foot patients

【Objective】To investigate the psychological status,social functions and quality of life in diabetic foot（DF）patients.【Methods】Hamilton depression rating scale for depression（HAMD）,Hamilton anxiety scale（HAMA）,social disability screening schedule（SDSS）,social support rating scale（SSRS）and quality of life scale for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（DMQLS）were used to evaluate the psychological status,social functions and quality of life on 80 cases of DF patients（T 2 DM）（study group） and 80 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus（T 2 DM）（control group）.【Results】DF patients had higher total scores in HAMD,HAMA and SDSS than control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;They had lower scores in SSRS and DMQLS than control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.【Conclusion】The DF patients had obviously depression and anxiety,their psychological problems was obvious and social support was poor,social function defected and quality of life was poor significantly.Suggest to provide psychological intervention to them in the body treatment at the same time.
