糖尿病合并肺癌癌组织及正常肺组织中miRNA-21的差异性表达

【目的】研究微小RNA（microRNA，miRNA）-21（miR-21）在Ⅱ型糖尿病合并肺癌患者癌组织及正常肺组织中的表达，探讨其在Ⅱ型糖尿病并发肺癌中的作用和意义。【方法】应用实时定量逆转录一聚合酶链反应方法检测miR-21在糖尿病合并肺癌手术患者癌组织、正常肺组织及单纯肺癌手术患者癌组织中的表达并分析其意义。【结果】miR-21在糖尿病并肺癌癌组织中表达显著高于正常组织及单纯肺癌组织，分别为2．236±1．175、0．056±0．032、1．132±0．043，组间及两两比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。【结论】miR-21在糖尿病合并肺癌患者癌组织中的高表达，可能与肺癌发生和发展密切相关，为下一步确定糖尿病合并肺癌患者致病基因提供理论依据。

Differential expression of miRNA-21 in normal and lung cancer tissues of diabetes mellitus patient combined with lung cancer

Objective]To explore the expression of miR-21 in normal and tumor of patients with lung cancer combined with diabetes mellitus and the role of miR-21 in human lung cancer. Methods ] We detected the expression of miR-21 in nomal tissue, cancer tissue of lung surgery patientes by real-time PCR, and analyzed the importance. Results] The expression of miR-21 in human lung cancer tissues increased significantly 2.236 ± 1.175, 0.056 ± 0.032, 1.132 ± 0.043 （P〈 0.05）, compared with the normal lung organizations and mere lung cancer tissue. Conclusion ] The result indicate the over-expression of miR-21 is probably related to human lung cancer combined diabetes mellitus pathogenesis and it can be the indicator of diagnosis prognosis of the lung cancer.
