改良Mini-CEX在军队卫生员培训考核中的应用

【目的】探讨军队卫生员培训考核评估系统,强调实际能力的培养,尝试建立规范化、系统化、多元化客观评估量表,加强对基层卫生员工作的指导作用。【方法】以Mini-CEX为蓝本,结合如今武警部队中心任务及社会形势,以军队卫生员培训内容为核心,详细讨论武警部队、乃至军队卫生员素质能力要求及评估系统后,更改以往抽检项目考核的方式,有针对性的改良Mini-CEX具体内容和标准,逐项分析所改良内容,提出AM-CEX量表评估,通过三年对我院卫生员培训考核的逐步实践和摸索,收集下级单位反馈意见来评估各期卫生员个人综合素质。【结果】在实践中通过AM-CEX不断修正培训方向和重点,学员实际应变、应用能力得到明显提高,使学员在基层工作工作中真正担负起卫生员职能。【结论】目前评价卫生员实际临床能力仍然缺乏有效、规范的方法,更缺乏对人文医学层面在能力评价方面的实践,AM-CEX作为一种评估军队卫生员临床能力的新型考评手段具有操作简便、考核内容全面、重视人文关怀、利于"公平、公正、公开"客观评价等特点,能从多角度、多方面综合评定,尽可能的全面反映卫生员培训后的综合素质。

Modified Mini-CEX targeted health workers training in the military assessment of the practice and thinking

Objective ] To investigate army hygienist training examination and assessment system, emphasizing the practical ability to try to establish a standardized, systematic diversification objective assessment scale, strengthen the guiding role of grassroots health workers work. Methods] Mini-CEX modeled, combined with the central task and social situation of the Armed Police Force today, army hygienist training content for the core, detailed discussion of the Armed Police Force, and even the army hygienist quality and ability requirements and evaluation system, change the sampling project appraisal,targeted improvements Mini-CEX specific content and standards, itemized analysis of the modified proposed AM-CEX scale assessments to collect feedback subordinate units through three years of practice and exploration of our hospital hygienist step-by-step training and examination to assess theperiod hygienist personal qualities. Result] The constantly revised training direction and focus, the students actual strain, application ability has been markedly improved, so that students really take on the work of grass-roots work hygienists functions in practice by the AM-CEX. Conclusions] Evaluation hygienist actual clinical competence is still a lack of effective, standardized methods, lack of humanities and medical practice in the capacity evaluation, AM-CEX as a the new appraisal means of a clinical competence assessment army hygienist has a simple, comprehensive assessment,emphasis on the humane care, which will help ＂fair, just and open＂ objective evaluation from multiple perspectives, muhifaceted comprehendsive assessment of the overall quality. As far as possible reflect comprehensively the hygienist training comprehensive qualifies.
