晚期恶性梗阻性黄疸介入治疗术后并发症的临床分析

【目的】分析经皮经肝胆道穿刺引流术(PTCD)术后并发症,总结并发症的处理经验。【方法】回顾性分析我院收治的68例晚期恶性梗阻性黄疸患者PTCD治疗后23例患者近期(2周内)出现并发症情况,总结其发生原因和治疗方法。【结果】23例晚期恶性梗阻性黄疸患者于PTCD术后出现近期并发症,发生率为33.8%,其中肾功能衰竭5例;消化道出血4例;胆系感染11例;急性胰腺炎3例。23例并发症患者中死亡3例(4.4%),20例(29.4%)经对症治疗后好转。【结论】PTCD是治疗晚期恶性梗阻性黄疸安全有效方法,合理的围手术期处理对降低并发症的发生极为重要。

Clinical analysis of treatment to postoperative complications of later period of malignancy obstructive jaundice to interventional procedures

【Objective】To research postoperative complications of PTCD,result the dispose experience of complications.【Methods】68 cases of later period of malignancy obstructive jaundice to treat of PTCD were reviewed and analyzed retrospectively,23 cases have complications during 2 weeks,analysis its result and treatment.【Results】23 cases have complications of later period of malignancy obstructive jaundice to treat of PTCD,incidence is 33.8%,kidney failure is 5 cases,gastrointestinal hemorrhage is 4 cases,gallbladder infection is 11 cases,acute pancreatitis is 3 cases.There are 3 cases is die（4.4%）,20 cases are improvement（29.4%） of 23 cases have complications.【Conclusion】PTCD is security and effective method treatment of later period of malignancy obstructive jaundice to interventional procedures,the complications of surgery is lowly,the death rate is lowly,it is important to reduce incidence and death rate of complications that dispose of reasonable perioperative period.
