湖北地区抗洪前线武警官兵疾病发生情况研究

摘    要:目的:研究部队在各种“处突”及“灾害救援”行动中疾病发生的特点和规律,以便在行动前及时做好卫勤保障准备,使部队防病治病措施迅速到位。方法:采用国际疾病分类方法(ICD-10)进行统计分类,计算疾病构成比。结果:皮肤和皮下组织疾病发生最多,占总接诊人数的27.29%,其次为呼吸系统疾病,占总接诊人数的21.98%,损伤和中毒占21.42%。传染病最低,显示出部队在抗洪抢险过程中有效地控制了传染病的发生。结论:抗洪官兵的疾病谱显示多元性,各系统疾病均有不同程度的发生,呈现集中发病的特点。在有效控制传染病发病的同时,应加强对部队官兵卫生宣传及生活指导,同时对皮肤科疾病的预防工作加大力度。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the diseases occurring in the troops in the disposing of accident and the rescuing calamity to find out the characteristics and the regular patterns so that can ensure the promps providing the troops with a vigorous and effective hygienical service.Methods:Adoptting the international classification of disease made the data of the diseases classifid,arranged in order and counted.Results:Our statistics has showed that the highest incidence of dieases is epidermis and hypodermis,27 79 percent;the second is respiratory system,21 98 percant;the next is physical injure and poisoning;infectiours diseases is the lowest.Conclusion:The table of the disease showed polycomponent and diseases occurred in various system but occurred in centralized groups.our research sugeststhat while put the attenion on the controlled the infections diseass and hygienical guide take a notice into the dermaosis.
