蛇床子素对乳腺癌MCF-7细胞增殖的影响

【目的】观察蛇床子素对体外培养乳腺癌细胞MCF-7增殖的影响。【方法】雌激素依赖性MCF-7细胞在DMEM培养液中采用开放式单层贴壁培养，用3种不同浓度蛇床子素进行药物干预，采用活细胞计数法和MTT法测定乳腺癌细胞的增殖情况。【结果】MCF-7细胞经蛇床子素1×10^-8mol／L和雌酚酮处理后1、2d和3d，与空白对照组相比，增殖速度均加快（P〈0．05），3d差异最为显著。【结论】1×10^-8mol／L蛇床子素对MCF-7细胞有明显促增殖作用。

Effects of osthole on the proliferation of breast carcinoma MCF-7 cells

Objective] To investigate the effects of osthole on the proliferation of cultured breast carcinoma （BC） MCF- 7 cells in vitro. Methodsl Estrogen depending MCF-7 were cells cultured in DMEM medium in an open monolayer adherence way and were treated with three different concentrations of osthole. The BC cells proliferation was determined by viable cell counting and MTT assay. Results] The MCF-7 cells in intervention group of osthole and estron grew faster than those of blank group on the first, second, and third day（ P 〈 0.05）, especially on the third day. Conclusions] 1 × 10^-8 mol/L osthole has obvious proliferation promoting effect on MCF-7 cells.
