滋阴降火汤治疗复发性口腔溃疡93例疗效观察

目的:探讨滋阴降火汤治疗复发性口腔溃疡阴虚火旺型的疗效。方法:将132例复发性口腔溃疡阴虚火旺型患者随机分为两组,对照组39例每日予口服强的松、复合维生素B,并含服华素片;治疗组93例在对照组的基础上加用中药。疗程5天。治疗结束后复诊,记录症状变化,评定两组疗效。结果:两组治愈率与总有效率均有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:滋阴降火法治疗复发性口腔溃疡阴虚火旺型临床有效。

Observation on 93 Cases Efficacy of Nourishes Yin And Fall Fire Herbal Drug Decoction Applied to Treat Recurrent Oral Ulcer

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Nourishes Yin and Fall herbal decoction on recurrent oral ulcer caused by hyperactivity of pathogenic fire due to defecieney of Yin.Method:132 cases of recurrent oral ulcer were divided randomly into two groups;39 cases of treatment group took prednisone,compound vitamin B and Hua Supion tablet every day;93 cases of treatment group on the basis of control group therapy,the traditional chinese medicine then was supplied,the course of treatment was 5 days.After finished the treatment, recorded symptoms chagenes,evaluated efficacy of the two groups.Results:There was distinctly difference in cure rate and total effectiveness between two groups.Conclusion:Nourishes yin and fall fire herbal drug decoction is effective for recurrent oral ulcer caused by hyperactivity of pathogenic fire due to defeciency of yin.
