摘    要:对80例受试者采用我院建立的 ̄(14)C-尿素呼吸试验,检测患者目前胃内有否幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染。结果如下:敏感度91.2%,特异度100%,准确度93.8%,阳性预测值100%及阴性预测值82.1%。提示其可作为一种与组织学及/或细菌培养相仿的检测HP感染的“金标准”。

Abstract:his article introduced the 14C urea breath test we established to detect HP infection andreported the results of performing the test in 80 patients who underwent gastroscopy due toupper gastrointestinal symptoms. The detection of HP through tissue smear or culture wasconsidered as the reference to evaluate the accuracy of 14C urea breath test in diagnosing thepresence of HP infection and to compare 14C urea breath test with urease test.The resultsshowed that: the sensitivities of 14C urea breath test and urease test were 91%and 93%re-spectively; the specificities of the two tests were 100%and 87%respectively; the accuracieswere 93.8%and 91.3%respectively;the positive predictive values of the two tests were100%and 94.7%respectively;and the negntive predictive values were 92.1%and 83.3%respectively. The results of the two tests were coincidental in 90?ses.We cinsider ureasetest should be used as initial detecting test for HP infection for an individual,while 14C ureabreath test is suitable for large area epidemiological investigation of HP infection,and thelater will be proved a Gold Standard for HP infection,the same as culture and histologicalmethods.
