| 摘 要： | 目的 研究心力衰竭患者血脑钠肽 (BNP)水平与心力衰竭严重程度、左室功能等因素的关系。方法 采用ELISA法测定 140例心力衰竭患者BNP水平 ,用心脏彩色多普勒超声诊断仪测定其左室功能。结果 BNP水平随着心功能纽约分级 (NYHA)程度的加重而显著增加 ,其与左室射血分数 (LVEF)呈负相关(r =- 0 .35 ,P <0 .0 0 1) ,多因素分析显示NYHA、LVEF为影响BNP的因素。结论 心力衰竭患者血BNP水平随着心力衰竭严重程度的增加而升高 ,并能较好反映左室功能状态。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the correlative relationship of the level of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), the severity of heart failure (HF), and the left ventricular function in patients with heart failure.Methods BNP levels of 140 patients with HF were measured by ELISA.Colored doppler echocardiography was performed to measure the left ventricular function.Results BNP levels increased with increment of degree of severity of heart failure according to the NYHA classification, and this was negatively correlated with left venticular ejection fraction ( LVEF,r= -0.35,P <0.001). Multi-factors analysis showed that NYHA and LVEF were factors influencing BNP.Conclusion BNP levels increased with the degree of severity of heart failure, and can better reflect the left ventricular function. |
