体外冲击波碎石治疗尿结石若干问题探讨：附6434例报道

自１９８７年６月至１９９４年１０月，体外冲击波碎石治疗尿结石共６４３４例。按美国ＦＤＡ肾结石分类，Ａ类治疗成功率８９．０％，Ｂ类８７．７％，另有８８例ＫＵＢ示面积超过９ｃｍ＾２的肾结石治疗成功率为７１．６％．。１５例完全充填型巨大铸型肾结石采用单纯ＥＳＷＬ、ＥＳＷＬ加用输尿管支架，先手术后ＥＳＷＬ或先ＥＳＷＬ后手术等方式治疗。

DISCUSSION OF THE ESWL TREATMENT FOR 6434 PATTENTS WITH URINARY CALCULI

rom June 1987 to October 1994,6434urinary calcultis patients were treated by ESWL.According to the American FDA renal stone classification:The success rates of therapy intype A and type B were 89%and 87.7%,respectively. Other 88patients having the tqtoneares over 9 cm2 on KUB, The success rate was 71.6%.Fifteen patients with complete stanghorn calculi were treated by one of following methods:sinple ESWL. ESWL plusureteral indwelling stent,ESWL after operation or operation after ESWL. The total successrate of ureteral stones treated by ESWL was 81.3%,ESWL following retrograde tireteralcatheterization for ureteral stone can increase the success rate. The stibseqtiewt open stirgeryrate was 0.95%in patients with ureteral stone who was uusuccessful in ESWL treatment.Hypertension and recurrence rate in renal stone patients after ESWL were 8.57%and5.71%,respectively.
