平喘中药对致敏性哮喘豚鼠气道的作用

摘    要:为研究平喘中药对气道的作用,我们测得致敏性哮喘豚鼠支气灌洗液(BALF)白蛋白,细胞总数及嗜酸性粒细胞数均比正常对照组豚鼠明显增多(P〈0.01),淋巴毒素C4(LTC4)及E4(LTE4)比对照组增高(P〈0.05),致敏豚鼠在吸入过敏原促发哮喘前腹腔注入平喘中药(麻黄,百部,地龙,杏仁和防风)而哮喘时BALF的白蛋白,细胞总数及嗜酸性粒细胞比未用中药的哮喘组明显下降(P〈0.01),LTC4和

Abstract:In order to investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on airway,we measuredbronchoalvealar lavage fluid(BALF)of asthmatic guinea pigs before and after in jecting tra-ditional Chinese medicine in the abdomen cavity during the episode of asthma. The resultsrevealed that the total number of cells and number of eosin ophils in BALF were increased af-ter exposure to allergen in sensitized guinea pigs compared to those in control animals(P<0.01).The level of albumin in BALF of sensitized guinea pigs was higher than those of con-trol animals(P<0.01).Levels of leukotrienes C_4 and E_4 were higher than those of controlanimals(P<0.05). After injected with the medieines(including Lumbricus, Radix Stemonae,Semen Arme-niacae Amarum,Herba Ephedra and radix Ledebouriellae),indices of cell were decreased(P<0.01),level of albumin(P<0.01),Leutrienes C_4 and E_4 were lower than the group with-out injection(P<0.05).These results suggested that the traditional Chinese medicine couldinhibit airway eosinophilia, diminish the epithelial damage and effusion of Albumin,The ex-periment showed that the traditional Chinese medicine have important protective effect on theairway in episodes of asthma.
