| 摘 要： | 拉沙热是由单股负链RNA病毒引起的一种传播性极强的急性出血性传染病,主要发生在西非地区,其他欧美国家也有输入性病例的报道,可以引起较高的发病率与死亡率。目前我国国际旅游人群日益增加,尽早发现拉沙病毒感染者,对遏制拉沙热在我国的流行传播具有非常重要的意义。本文主要对拉沙热的流行特点、主要流行区域以及各种检测技术的优缺点进行综述,为拉沙病毒的检测提供技术储备,指导口岸卫生控制。

| Abstract: | Lassa fever is a viral hemorrhagic fever which caused by the Lassa virus,a single RNA virus causing high morbidity and mortality.Lassa fever is prevalent in West Africa and other countries in Europe and America.As the increase of international travelers in this country,it is most crucial to detect patients in the early period of Lassa fever infection and prevent the spread of Lassa fever.In order to improve the detection technology and strengthen the capacity to prevent and control Lassa fever in the seaport,the prevalent features,areas and the detection technology are reviewed in this paper. |
