北京市西城区2011年甲型H1N1流感血清流行病学调查

摘    要:目的了解和掌握2010~2011年流感流行季节后北京市西城区人群中甲型H1N1流感的免疫水平。方法 2011年4月4日~15日,在西城区随机抽取3个街道共750人进行问卷调查,同时采集血清标本进行甲型H1N1流感病毒血凝抑制(hemagglutination-inhibition,HI)抗体检测,比较不同人群甲型H1N1流感保护性抗体阳性率和抗体几何平均滴度(geometric mean titer,GMT)。结果 750名调查对象甲型H1N1血清抗体阳性率为32.00%(240/750),GMT为1:15.13。6~15岁年龄组抗体阳性率最高(53.33%),其次是≥60岁组(28.67%),而25~59岁年龄组HI抗体阳性率最低(24.00%),差别有统计学意义。不同职业间抗体阳性率及抗体滴度差别有统计学意义。结论西城区普通人群中已经建立一定的免疫屏障,但25~59岁年龄组保护性抗体比例仍较低,有必要对其加强流感疫苗的宣传和接种。

Seroepidemiology survey of influenza A (H1N1)in Xicheng District of Beijing in 2011

Abstract:Objective To investigate the immunological level of population in Xicheng District of Beijing against influenza A(H1N1)virus in 2011 and provide evidence for making vaccination policy in high-risk population.Methods Between April 4,2011 and April 15,2011,750 subjects were randomly chosen from local residents and stratified in five age groups.Questionnaire survey was conducted and serum samples were collected for detection of hemagglutination-inhibition(HI)antibody against influenza A(H1N1)virus.Results The positive rate of protective antibody of the subjects was 32.00%(240/750),and the average level of HI antibody was 1:40.In the age group of 6 to 15 years,the level of HI antibody was the highest(sero-positive rate=53.33%),followed by 28.67% in the age group of ≥60 years,and the positive rate in the group of 25~59 years was the lowest(24.00%).In addition,significant differences in the serological positive rates were recorded in populations with different occupations.Conclusion Protective antibody to influenza A(H1N1)virus were observed in over 32% of the population in Xicheng District indicating the development and formation of immunological defense against this disease.
