| 摘 要： | 目的分析西双版纳州登革热疫情状况，制定有效的防控方案。方法收集全州境内近3年登革热监测的相关资料进行回顾性研究。结果2005-2007年间，全州共发现6例登革热输入病例；白纹伊蚊成蚊种群数量较高，幼虫布雷图指数大多超过了20；健康人群登革热抗体水平逐年上升，出境务工或经商的人群数量逐年增加。结论西双版纳州登革热输入病例防控形势严峻，必须加强监测工作。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the infectious status of dengue fever in Xishuangbanna from 2005 to 2007. Methods The data in monitoring of dengue fever in Xishuangbanna in the recent 3 years,were collected and analyzed. Results Totally 6 imported dengue fever patients were reported in the whole prefecture. The population density of Ae.albopictus was high and its Breteau Index was over 20 and the level of anti-dengue antibody in the residents was increased annually.
