2010年广西玉林市食源性致病菌监测分析

摘    要:目的了解2010年玉林市食品中食源性致病菌污染状况,确定可能污染致病高危食品,为食品安全监管提供科学依据。方法按照GB4789.3.4.10.30.40—2010、GB/T4789.7.9.36—2008以及《2010年广西食品安全风险监测工作手册》对致病菌分离鉴定以及大肠菌群MPN法计数。结果检测13个品种的食品共104份,其中23份食品检出致病菌,检出率为22.1%。13个品种食品中致病菌检出率前5位分别为鲜冻水产品(63.6%)、生禽肉(50.0%)、婴幼儿配方食品(42.9%)、生畜肉(37.5%)和生食水产品(18.2%)。直接入口食品大肠菌群检测共40份,阳性33份,阳性率为82.5%。结论直接入口食品致病菌污染率高,食品安全执法部门应重点监督,减少食源性疾病的发生。
