| 摘 要： | 目的评价研究设立的农村社区结核病诊疗管理模式，为我区农村结核病防治策略制定和干预措施的实施提供科学依据。方法对研究实验组及对照组全部初治病人进行现场随访问卷调查，收集病人就诊及治疗情况的相关数据并进行单因素分析和多因素logistic回归分析。结果项目实施期问实验组病人的就诊延迟发生率（12．9％）显著低于县内对照组（28．6％）和县外对照组（26．5％）；干预组的确诊延迟发生率（72．6％，）低于县内对照组（85．7％）和县外对照组（79．2％1；按时服药率90．3％，按时领药率100．0％、按时复查痰率83．9％均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义；其他各项规范治疗、管理指标也均优于对照组。结论通过问卷调查了解到农村社区结核病诊疗管理模式经过两年干预试验研究取得了良好的成效，可供全区其他农村社区结核病防治工作借鉴和推广运用。 |
