实验室消毒效果评价及细菌种群鉴定的研究

目的对某无菌实验室进行消毒效果检测，并进行细菌种属鉴定。方法按照《消毒与实验技术规范》和《消毒技术规范》进行消毒，随机引物PCR法进行阳性菌落种属鉴定。结果物体表面（90．90％）及压力蒸汽灭菌（100．00％）基本达到国家自然菌杀灭率标准，实验人员手（86．36％）、室内空气（76．47％）、使用过的消毒液（85．71％）未达标。随机引物PCR成功对阳性菌株进行了种属鉴定。结论改善实验室环境条件，严格操作程序可提升消毒效果。随机引物PCR法可有效应用于无菌环境的消毒效果评价。

Assessment of disinfection qualityof surgery laboratory and bacteria species identification

Aim To assess the disinfection results of laboratory and bacteria species identification. Methods The results of disinfection of laboratory were inspected according to the 《disinfection and experiment specification》and《disinfect technical specification》 , and the bacteria species were identified by random primer PCR. Results The objective surface （90.90%） and pressure steam sterilization （100.00%） basically met the national natural bacteria killing standards, while the tlualification rates of operators＂ hands,indoor air and used disinfectant were 86.36%, 76.47% and 85.71% failed to meet the standard. The positive bacteria strains were identified by random primer PCR. Conclusion The environmental conditions and sterilization quality of the laboratory could improved by implementing strict operation procedureand random primer PCR can be used for assessment of disinfection quality of a sterile environment.
