| 摘 要： | 麻痹性贝类毒素（Paralytic shellfish poison PSP）中毒已经作为重要的公共卫生问题得到了全世界的关注。人类通常摄入因食用滤食浮游生物（含有毒微藻类）后产生PSP的贝类水产品（如蚌类，牡蛎和蛤等）而引起麻痹性贝类中毒，中毒症状以神经系统症状为主甚至引起死亡。本对PSP研究进展综述如下。
