1 638例孕妇产前肝炎病毒及梅毒感染分析

目的 了解潮汕地区普通孕妇乙型（HBV）、丙型肝炎病毒（HCV、）及梅毒（RPR）产前感染的情况,分析母婴传播的危险性并探讨其传播途径.方法 运用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测HBV标志物六项、抗-HCV,及荧光定量聚合酶链式反应（FQ-PCR）检测HBV-DNA、HCV-RNA;RPR做梅毒血清学检测.结果 1 638例孕妇检测HBsAg阳性189例（11.5%）;30例HBV-DNA阳性母亲所生婴儿中8例阳性,母婴传播率26.7%.RPR阳性3例（0.18%）;抗-HCV阳性15例（0.92%）,其中10例HCV-RNA阳性,所生10名婴儿有2例阳性,母婴传播率20%.结论 潮汕地区普通孕妇人群产前肝炎病毒及梅毒的感染率不低,并有垂直传播的危害性,故提倡采取预防保健措施以达到优生优育的目的.

Analysis of infectious status of HBV and syphilis in 1 638 pregnant women before delivery

Objective To understand the prenatal infectious status of HBV HCV and syphilis in pregnant women in the areas of Chaozhou and Shantou and analyze the transmission route and risk factors.Methods The six markers of HBV,anti-HCV were detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA);HBV-DNA and HCV-RNA were determined by using FQ-PCR.Syphilis was detected by using RPR.Results There 189 out of the 1 638 pregnant women were positive for HBsAg(11.5%),eight of 30 infants born by the pregnant women positive for HBV-DNA were positive with a vertical transmission rate of 26.7%;three were positive for RPR(0.18%),and 15 were positive for anti-HCV(0.92%).Ten of the 15 pregnant women were positive for HCV-RNA and two of their 10 babies were positive for HCV-RNA.Conclusion The prenatal infection rates of hepatitis B,hepatitis C,and RPR in the areas of Chaozhou and Shantou are high.In addition,there is vertical transmission of hepatitis B,hepatitis C amd syphilis.Thus effective measures be taken to pretect the health of mothers and their babies.
