贝那普利对慢性心力衰竭病人血清抵抗素的影响

目的观察贝那普利对慢性心力衰竭（CHF）病人血清抵抗素水平的影响及其临床意义。方法选取CHF组病人62例，正常对照组40例。所有研究对象均测定心脏左室射血分数（LVEF）、血清高敏C反应蛋白（hs—CRP）和抵抗素水平。CHF组又分为对照亚组和治疗亚组，对照亚组给予利尿剂、硝酸酯类药物等常规治疗，治疗亚组除常规治疗外还给予贝那普利片口服6个月（10mg／日），对比两组病人的LVEF、hs—CRP和抵抗素水平。结果与正常对照组对比，CHF组患者的LVEF明显降低（P〈0．01），血清hs—CRP、抵抗素均有显著升高（P〈0．01）。与CHF对照亚组比较，CHF治疗亚组病人LVEF进一步改善（P〈0．05），血清hs—CRP和抵抗素水平明显升高（P〈0．01）。结论抵抗素可能在CHF的发病中起着重要的作用，贝那普利可以降低抵抗素水平，增加LVEF，改善心功能。

Effect of benazepril on serum level of resistin in chronic heart lailure patients

Objective To observe the effect of benazepril on serum level of resistin in chronic heart failure （CHF） patients. Methods There 62 patients with CHF were selected as CHF group,and 40 healthy subjects were selected as control group. Left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）,high sensitive C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） and resistin were evaluated in all subjects. CHF group was divided into CHF treatment sub-group and treated with orally Denazepril （10mg/ clay） for six months besides conventional treatment,and CHF control sub-group treated with conventional therapy such as diuretics, nitrates and so on. Results Compared to those in the control group, LVEF was lower （P〈0.01）and hs-CRP and resistin were significantly higher （P〈0.01） in CHF group. The score of LVEF was improved （P〈0.05） and the levels of hs- CRP and resistin were significantly increased （P〈0.01）in the CHF treatment sub-group compared with those in the CHF control sub-group. Conclusion Resistin may play an important role in the CHF. Benazepril can reduce serum level of resistin, and increase LVEF and improve heart function.
