| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清前列腺特异性抗原PSA测定在临床诊断前列腺癌的作用及意义。方法采用化学发光免疫技术CLIA法对临床387份血清进行PSA测定分析。结果前列腺癌组PSA均高于良性前列腺疾病组和正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论PSA作为一种肿瘤标志物,是帮助诊断前列腺癌的首选生化指标,虽存在6~12ng/ml的“灰色区域”,但能显著提高前列腺癌的诊断。
